How can I sign up to become a customer?

Go to this page and fill in the required items. Or click on the Register button on top in the header. We aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request. We will provide you with the Webshop account, so that you can place an order online.

Is VAT registration mandatory for becoming a customer?

You don’t need to be VAT registered, but having a registered business is necessary.

What is the processing time for a new customer application?

Please note that it typically takes 24 hours to process your application. However, during holidays or peak times, processing may take a bit longer.
If you applied to become a customer with the Cash & Carry and haven’t received a response after 24 hours, please contact Paul at +44 (0) 7774 802990.
