Red Naomi

Origin

The rose originally came from China and Africa but was brought to the Netherlands and got cultivated there.

The Red Naomi Rose was officially introduced to the flower market in 2006 and is today one of the most prestigious Dutch additions to the worldwide flower industry.

Characteristics

This rose glows in sensual beauty. The characteristics of the Red Naomi are superior. It has a soft velvety texture but is still strong. The colour is perfectly red. It can be easily transported and stays fresh for a long time.

The Red Naomi Rose has a big bud and can contain over 80 petals per flower. It’s also the only rose that gives off a scent. The scent itself is subtle and sweet.

These roses are very popular for festivities such as weddings but also for birthdays and other ceremonies. A great thing about Red Naomi roses is that they aren’t only the perfect choice for these kinds of occasions, they are also great just to display at home in a pretty vase.

Care

For the best results with Red Naomi Roses, put them in water directly after they are purchased. The vase needs to be clean and disinfected, and a little flower food can help the rose to bloom even more beautiful.

Cut the stems obliquely with a sharp knife and get rid of leaves on the stem that could be in the water.

Put your vase in a draught-free place and renew the water regularly!

Red Naomi Roses should never be in the sun.

Blooming time

Red Naomi Roses are grown by a few Dutch top growers and are available year-round.

The stem lengths can vary from 40 to 90 centimetres. In general, the longer the stems, the bigger the flower.

Because of the big flower bud, luxurious appearance and unique scent, Red Naomi Roses are very popular with famous stars and floral artists.
