New Webshop App

We are always working on improving our services. Our Webshop App has been around for a while and we've collected a lot of your feedback to massively improve it. The new version of the Webshop App is now available and to help you get used to the new design and new functionality, this Webshop Tip is all about the new app!

What's New?

The new Webshop app is quite a big change compared to what you are used to! So let's have a look at what's NEW in the new Webshop App.

The first thing you might notice is that the app now will load the first available department / date. This way, you can see the first products available directly after logging in. You can also see these products better, as the pictures in our Webshop App are now much bigger. Also useful in this first screen: you can now see much more information about the products without having to tap on it to see the details!

Another thing we've made bigger, is the ABC menu on the right of the screen. This helps you scroll down to the products you are looking for much quicker and easier. Just click on the letter your product starts with and start shopping!

Also new in the Webshop App is the Van VLIET Support Chat. In the bottom right you'll find a message icon through which you can get direct support with the Webshop Technical Support team. Make sure to check our Webshop Tips and FAQ before getting in touch, most questions have been asked and answered before!

My Account

A new section in our Webshop App is "My Account". Through this section you can view your order details, change your user settings (for example your password), share price lists and view our Terms & Conditions. This section has been available in our Webshop and has now been added to the Webshop App. Find it by clicking on the "profile" icon in the top right of the screen.

Sharing is Caring

It's now possible to share any product you find on our Webshop through What's App. Note that for the person you share it with to see, that person needs a Webshop account as well. This feature is very useful if you want to share some special products to your colleagues or your customers. You can share a product through the product's detail window by clicking on the What's App icon.

Where to find: The Menu

The menu is opened with the "hamburger menu icon" in the top left of the screen. This is where you can change the department, date and price lists.

Through this menu you can also reach the Best Deals, Latest Lots, our imported products and your favourites.

Where to find: The Filters

The filters are now available through the "filters icon" in the top left of the screen. Through the filters you can select product groups, colours, growers, qualities, a range of diameters or pot sizes and a range of the length you are looking for. Use these filters to make your search for the products that you need a lot easier and faster! Have you put in a bunch of filters and you want to view all products unfiltered again? Just click the reset button and the Webshop App will show all available products.

Where to find: The Shopping Cart

The shopping cart can still be found in the same spot: tap the "cart icon" in the top right to open it. Through your shopping cart you can view your order details, e-mail your shopping cart or download an excel file with the contents of your shopping cart.

From anywhere in the Webshop App, tap the "home icon" in the top left of the screen to go back to the opening page: the first department and date available to you.
